After a short hiatus over winter, we are back with a final presentation and get-together for the year.

This month, Sharon Cartwright from Optimal Usability will provide an overview of Optimal Workshop’s various usability tools: Optimal Sort, Optimal Tree and their latest tool, Chalkmark.

Illustrated by several case studies, Sharon will discuss:

• Common Information Architecture challenges
• Shortcomings of existing tools
• How Optimal Workshop tools can help
