Optimal Workshop’s usability tools - 25 November 2008

After a short hiatus over winter, we are back with a final presentation and get-together for the year.
This month, Sharon Cartwright from Optimal Usability will provide an overview of Optimal Workshop’s various usability tools: Optimal Sort, Optimal Tree and their latest tool, Chalkmark.
Illustrated by several case studies, Sharon will discuss:
- Common Information Architecture challenges
- Shortcomings of existing tools
- How Optimal Workshop tools can help
Optimal Usability is a user-centred consulting and services firm with offices in Auckland, Wellington and Sydney, they offer services across the telecommunications, finance, government and travel industries across a variety of technology platforms. Optimal Workshop is the start-up products company of Optimal Usability.
