Council Meeting Minutes
The UPA NZ Council aims to meet quarterly. The meeting will either be in person, or online or telephone conferencing.

Meeting: 2 October 2004
In person at Peace House, 100 Symonds Street, Auckland - 2 October 2004, 10.30am to 3.30pm.

Event coordinators must be familiar with health and safety requirements of venues used for Chapter events and activities.

Invited presenters are encouraged to use UPA NZ presentation templates.

Important to distinguish between cluster and chapter events and activities.

Non members are welcome to attend up to three events; thereafter they are expected to become UPA NZ members. (To be a UPA NZ member a person must also belong to UPA.)

First UPA NZ Chapter election will be held in February 2005.

Two nationwide Chapter meetings will be held each year. All members and non members will be welcome to attend.

UPA NZ business cards for council members when working on UPA NZ business.

UPA NZ members will be encouraged to attend and participate in TCANZ 2005 Conference (held in Christchurch).
Next meeting to be held online during the week 8 to 14 November 2004.

Annual reports will be published in June/July of each year.
