Usability from a client perspective

Highlight was a talk by Jock Phillips from Te Ara, the encyclopedia of New Zealand, who talked about usability from his perspective as a client - he’s now sold on usability! The event has proven that interest in usability is riding high. Twice as many people as planned turned up! (90 people). We are now talking about running similar public events throughout the year.
