We are very lucky to be able to kick start the new year with a special guest speaker from the UK.

Recent major projects include:

- Two highly successful web applications Exploratree and deFacto
- End-to-end user-centred design of NHS Direct’s interactive television service
Since 2000, Dave has carried out a lot of user research - with 1,433 people at the last count, including:
- 514 people in user testing sessions
- 154 people in interviews
